Application Procedure

Along with the duly-filled-in application form, one passport size photograph of the student must be submitted as well.

The details provided about the student in the application form must be true, should be according to the prescribed performa & should be submitted on the prescribed time, either manually or a scanned copy of the same can be emailed on the following

Any false or deliberately misleading information given on the application form including any supporting information may make the application invalid, or lead to the offer of a seat being with- drawn.

Submission of the filled application form must not be considered as an assurance for admission.

The guardians and the candidate must be present at the office on the given date and time of the entrance exam & the interview.

Students will be admitted only in the 1st year of Aalimiyat or Hifz.

Candidates who have completed Hifz-e-Quran are eligible to apply in the the 1st year of the Aalimiyat Course in accordance with the criteria specified in the Terms & Conditions.

All the relevant information about date, time & other particulars of the Application Procedure, Entrance Tests, Admission Procedure as well as the Results shall be duly uploaded on the following www.duir.org

Along with the duly-filled-in admission form, a photocopy of the marksheet of the previous academic year, the school Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate, a valid photocopy of address & identity proof (ration card/passport/aadhar card etc.) as well as 3 passport size photographs of the student must be submitted.

For the candidate pursuing education at any madrasa, submission of the N.O.C from the respective madrasa is mandatory.

Admission is subject to availability of seats and the candidate satis- fying the admission criteria.

In the eventuality of the candidate unable to clear the entrance exam & the interview, the management reserves the unequivocal right to reject his application.

The admission form shall be given only to those candidates, who have successfully cleared the entrance exam & the interview.

Admission forms submitted late shall not be considered.

Candidates who are shortlisted in the preliminary admission test and interview will be granted admission after fulfilling all the requirements of the admission procedure.

Admission shall be confirmed only after the payment of the requi- site fees as well as the stationery charges.

The management fully reserves the right to accept or reject the application for admission without any justification.

The Prospectus along with the Application Form can be obtained for a fee of Rs. -----/-

Admission fees shall be Rs. 1000/-

Every student must pay the fees as determined by the Darul Uloom. After the confirmation of admission complete fees of the current academic year must be paid in full or in a maximum of 3 instalments according to the dates & amount shown in the fees schedule.

Those students who discontinue the course mid-way shall not have the right to claim the refund of the balance fees deposited for the current academic year.

Uniform, stationery, other allied provisions will be provided by the Darul Uloom at the time of Admission at reasonable rates.

Charges ( 15,000/-) for stationery, necessary commodities &

co-curricular activities, not included in the following fee structure, must be paid at the time of admission.

The fee structure as well as the charges of allied provisions is subject to change as & when required.
